Import shipment
When you send us your import instructions, your order is sent to the country of dispatch on the same day. Our local partner will contact the sender to arrange to import the parcel.

Customs clearance arranged
When you import a shipment from a country outside the European Union, we will make all the arrangements for customs clearance for you. You don’t need to do a thing.

By air
Import Priority Express shipments are transported by air. Not everything can be shipped in this way. For instance, restrictions apply to plant products, fluids and dangerous goods. If you want to send these types of products, please contact us on: 0800–0242400.
